Question 1

Does Asine integrate with AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi?

Accepted Answer

Not today. Asine does not sync with those property management systems. It runs alongside your existing PMS so you can handle work orders, photos, and tenant–technician chat in one place without replacing your accounting or leasing tools.

Question 2

Do tenants and technicians need a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Tenants and technicians use the Asine Android app to submit requests, share photos, chat, and update jobs. Property managers run the portfolio from the Asine admin website on any browser.

Question 3

How is my property and maintenance data handled?

Accepted Answer

Work orders, photos, and chat are visible only to the people on that request—typically the tenant, assigned technician, and your property staff. Account and app data are hosted with our provider (Supabase). We do not sell personal information. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Question 4

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with your portfolio details and we send a unique trial code. Enter it at checkout so the first invoice is $0 for 30 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Each code works once.
